Губернатор Хабаровского края Михаил Дегтярев выступил с отчетом перед Законодательной думой об итогах работы правительства региона в 2022 году. Он рассказал об успехах края и поделился планами на будущее. При этом глава региона обозначил главные направления работы исполнительной власти до конца этого года.
Председатель Законодательной думы Хабаровского края Ирина Зикунова прокомментировала, что отчет губернатора Михаила Дегтярева охватил все направления социально-экономической динамики нашего региона.
— Он связан с плановыми задачами, исходящими из флагманских инициатив. Считаю, что отчет был представлен полновесно, развернуто. Совершенно неангажированно прозвучали вопросы депутатов, имеющие большую ценность и дающие губернатору возможность учесть в работе важные вопросы, волнующие людей, — сказала председатель Закдумы. — Я убеждена, что наше будущее связано с экономикой и молодежью. Очень ценно прозвучали те задачи, которые поставил губернатор в части развития профессионалитета и формирования производственно-образовательных кластеров. Отрадно, что начало их работы связано с самыми технологически продвинутыми направлениями экономики края, именно машиностроением. Также считаю перспективным дальнейшее развитие транспортных кластеров, особенно строительного.
Своим мнением по поводу отчета поделился председатель комитета по вопросам государственного устройства и местного самоуправления Игорь Гудин. Он отметил, что в выступлении подчеркнута динамичность развития социального блока края.
— Для населения очень важно территориальное общественное самоуправление, которое активно, благоприятно развивается. Начиная с 2019 года средства, выделяемые краем на территориальное общественное самоуправление, выросли в пять раз: от 50 до 250 млн рублей, — рассказал Игорь Гудин. — Как председатель комитета по вопросам государственного устройства и местного самоуправления хочу особо отметить кадровый потенциал правительства края. На территории края успешно реализуются национальные проекты – основной приоритет в работе правительства.
Председатель комитета по вопросам промышленности, предпринимательства и инфраструктуры Виктор Лопатин подчеркнул, что в докладе была отражена поддержка малого и среднего бизнеса.
— Развиваются прорывные объекты: порт Эльга, новая Тихоокеанская железная дорога. Хочется отметить очень большой вклад в экономику края оборонно-промышленного комплекса. Хабаровский край всегда стоял на трех китах: ВПК, лес и рыба. За прошедший год Законодательная Дума в тесном контакте с губернатором, правительством региона выступала за защиту интересов рыбохозяйственного комплекса, лесопромышленных предприятий, — поделился Виктор Лопатин.
Отметим, что в своем докладе губернатор Хабаровского края Михаил Дегтярев сумел сохранить баланс вопросов социальной сферы, так и экономики. Без них безусловно невозможно дальнейшее стратегическое развитие нашего субъекта. Кроме того, это отлично демонстрирует грамотный подход главы региона к управлению краем – вводит новые соцвыплаты и меры поддержки и не забывает о поддержке промышленности, повышении инвестиционной привлекательности и продвижении интересов бизнеса на федеральном уровне.
