Губернатор Хабаровского края Михаил Дегтярев встретился с главой Верхнебуреинского района Алексеем Масловым. Одним из вопросов, который обсудили стороны, стала система теплоснабжения муниципалитета, которая в среднесрочной перспективе может полностью перейти на природный газ, который рассчитывают добывать в районе.
— Верхнебуреинский район и поселок Чегдомын – это центры экономического роста нашего региона. Все крупнейшие предприятия успешно работают: ОАО «РЖД», АО «Ургалуголь», ООО «Правоурмийское». Более того, это и территория больших строек. Среди наиболее грандиозных – проект строительства Дюссе-Алиньского тоннеля и расширение БАМа, — рассказал Михаил Дегтярев.
До конца 2029 года в районе поэтапно планируют реализовать крупный инвестпроект – построить сеть заводов по производству сжиженного природного газа на основе сырья, которое добывается в муниципалитете.
— В Хабаровском крае Верхнебуреинский – единственный район, на территории которого обнаружен газ и начата его опытная добыча. Это по-настоящему уникальный случай. Поэтому мы поддержим любые ваши начинания в этой сфере, — отметил Михаил Дегтярев.
По предварительным подсчетам экспертов, запасы природного газа одной из девяти скважин составляют 2 млрд кубометров. Этого хватит примерно на 40 лет, чтобы обслуживать действующие объекты теплоснабжения. Еще восемь скважин нуждаются в разработке.
Стороны обсудили и завершающийся отопительный сезон, а также замену старого оборудования на блочно-модульные котельные. Сегодня такие имеются в поселках Чекунда, Тырма, Солони, Сулук. Кроме того, в последнем населенном пункте будут установлены еще три модуля.
Также губернатор и глава района отметили, что необходимо отремонтировать коммуникации в Новом Ургале. Там в январе этого года 22 многоквартирных дома на несколько дней остались без отопления. Это произошло в период повышенной нагрузки на сети из-за изношенности системы. Алексей Маслов попросил главу региона помочь в этом вопросе.
— Это серьезный вопрос и объективная причина для того, чтобы пересмотреть реализацию концессионного соглашения. Создадим рабочую группу с участием специалистов министерства ЖКХ, экспертов и представителей районных властей. И коллегиально решим, как изменить ситуацию, — подчеркнул губернатор.
Что касается социальной сферы, то важную роль в ее развитии играет сотрудничество с крупными компаниями.
— Сегодня у района очень крепкое социальное партнерство с ОАО «РЖД». Эту программу не раз обсуждали с генеральным директором Олегом Валентиновичем Белозеровым. Радует, что объем средств увеличивается. Только в текущем году предприятие выделяет свыше 50 млн рублей, — сообщил глава субъекта.
К слову, за три года был сделан ремонт и закуплено оборудование в Железнодорожный лицей в Новом Ургале, приведены в порядок школы в поселках Тырма, Этыркэн, Алонка, Сулук, Герби и детсады Тырмы и Солони.
Затронули на встрече и съемки художественного фильма «Золото Умальты», которые проходи в Верхнебуреинском районе. Кинолента финансировалась министерством культуры РФ и частными инвесторами.
Отметим, с момента начала работы в регионе губернатор выстроил эффективную систему управления муниципалитетами, регулярно встречается с главами, местными депутатами, проводит встречи с жителями. Это позволяет ему полностью контролировать ситуацию на местах, помогать в решении проблемных вопросов на своём уровне.
