В рамках рабочей поездки губернатор нашего региона встретился с главой района имени Лазо Александром Кох. В ходе встречи стороны обсудили реализацию в муниципалитете инвестиционных и национальных проектов, а также ситуацию с посевной в этом году и животноводство.
По словам руководителя муниципального образования, сегодня ведется подготовка к посевной кампании. Свыше 22,6 тыс. га засеют зерновыми культурами, овощами и картофелем, что на 6,5 % больше прошлого года. К слову, в 2022 году показатели выросли по сравнению с 2021-ым: на 17% были увеличены поля под зерно и овощи. На 13 % посадили больше картофеля.
В молочном животноводстве также имеются положительные сдвиги. Увеличили поголовье коров в 2022 году и в связи с этим на 17 % выросло валовое производство молока. Также очень скоро фермеры рассчитывают приобрести еще более 100 голов племенных животных.
Кроме того, на 6 % вырос в районе совокупный оборот организаций и предприятий всех форм собственности. Он составил более 10 млрд рублей. На первом месте оказались агропромышленный и лесопромышленный комплексы.
Несмотря на уменьшение лесозаготовительных участков и объемов заготовки древесины на 16 %, на одну треть вырос выпуск пиломатериалов – до 400 тыс. кубометров. Выпуск готовой продукции за год увеличился на 2,5 %. Кстати, два наиболее крупных инвестора, которые работают в районе имени Лазо, ориентированы на создание новых лесоперерабатывающих производств.

Не так давно президент России Владимир Владимирович Путин проводил совещание по состоянию отрасли, и мы на высоком уровне обсуждали тему запрета экспорта круглого леса. Цифры, которые вы, Александр Иванович, приводите, показывают: при снижении объемов заготовки древесины и экспорта кругляка производство пиломатериалов выросло почти на 90 тысяч кубометров в год. Значит, пошла инвестиционная отдача, увеличилась загрузка предприятий. В этом и суть предложений – простимулировать лесопромышленников, — рассказал Михаил Дегтярев.
Кроме того, глава региона сообщил, что сегодня краевое правительство анализирует возможность создания в регионе производства оборудования для глубокой переработки древесины.
Что касается нацпроектов, которые реализуются в районе имени Лазо, то благодаря федеральным и краевым средствам (257 млн рублей) в 2022 году в рамках нацпроекта «Образование» открылись три «Точки роста», для шести школ купили современное цифровое оборудование, для двух учебных заведений – спортивный инвентарь. В этом году работа по данному направлению продлится.
За 2024 – 2025 годы планируют по федеральной программе капремонта приведут в нормативное состояние восемь школ. Сегодня уже готова проектно-сметная документация.
— Программа по капремонту школ инициирована нашим президентом. Деньги из федерального бюджета выделены. Кто успевает по срокам с разработкой проектов, тот и получает средства. Поэтому вы все делаете правильно, — отметил Александр Кох.
В ближайшие годы планируют отремонтировать помещения и инженерные сети в доме культуры в Мухене, привести в порядок школы в Кругликово, Полетном, Оборе, Георгиевке, Бичевой, а также провести капремонт детских садов в Переяславке и Георгиевке. Кроме того, рассчитывают установить очистные сооружения в селах Могилевка и Георгиевка, а также построить современный ледовый дворец в Переяславке. На осуществление этих проектов необходимо более 1,1 млрд рублей.
— Все заявки по строительству и ремонту социальных учреждений мы поддержим. Исходя из возможностей регионального бюджета будем по максимуму запрашивать федеральные средства, — сказал Михаил Дегтярев.
