Министерство сельского хозяйства Хабаровского края по госпрограмме «Комплексное развитие сельских территорий» предоставляет социальные выплаты на строительство или покупку жилья. Таким образом, жители сельской местности нашего региона могут приобрести жилье благодаря государственной поддержке.
В этом году на эти меры заложено 50,4 млн рублей, включая 25,6 млн – из федерального бюджета. Планируется, что соцподдержку получат не менее 18 семьям. Напомним, в прошлом году соцвыплату предоставили восьми ячейкам общества на общую сумму 31,4 млн рублей. Средства граждане вложили в строительство жилья.
Рассчитывается социальная выплата согласно нормативу общей площади жилья на каждого члена семьи, а также нормативу стоимости строительства жилья. От итоговой суммы государство выплачивает 70 %.
По словам начальника отдела социальных проектов Александра Сухоручко, одним из условий предоставления средств является потребность в улучшении жилищных условий.
— Кроме того, получатель господдержки должен постоянно проживать и работать в сельской местности — в социальной сфере или в АПК, — отметил Александр Сухоручко.
Есть положительные примеры соцвыплат. Два года назад педагог-психолог школы в Хабаровском районе Евгения Миськова с семьей благодаря господдержке обзавелась домом в селе Мичуринское. Площадь их нового жилья составила 120 кв. метров.
К слову, соцвыплаты предоставляются гражданам с 2014 года, по государственной программе – с 2019-го. За истекший период новое жилье появилось у порядка 220 семей. Из бюджета региона на эти меры поддержки было выделено более 400 млн рублей. Кроме того, введены свыше 15 тысяч кв. метров жилья.
Важно отметить, что данная мера поддержки позволяет жителям сельской местности приобрести жилье как на первичном или вторичном рынках недвижимости, либо возвести частный дом.
В настоящее время началась выдача сертификатов на соцвыплату на этот год.
