VIII Всероссийская конференция «Демографическое развитие Дальнего Востока и Арктики» пройдет 6-7 июля в Благовещенске. На встрече обсудят пути решения противоречия между демографией и географией ДВ. По информации директора Института демографии имени А.Г. Вишневского НИУ «Высшая школа экономики» Михаила Денисенко, Дальний Восток занимает 42 % территории РФ, при этом здесь живет всего 5,5 % населения нашей страны.
Экспертами на мероприятии выступят представители федеральных и региональных органов власти, деятели науки и культуры. Они обсудят также результаты демографической политики, дополнительные меры по повышению рождаемости, а также создание новых способов поддержки семей. Уникальностью конференции являются ее практическая значимость и эксперты высокого уровня. Участники мероприятия не только поговорят об актуальных проблемах демографии, но и предложат решения, как преодолеть негативные явления и обеспечить рост жителей Дальнего Востока. По результатам конференции примут резолюцию, в которой будут содержаться новые инструменты решения проблем.

В рамках конференции пройдет пленарное заседание «Поддержка рождаемости и семей с детьми на Дальнем Востоке и в Арктике». Специалисты субъектов ДВ расскажут о своих лучших практиках в данной области, а также дадут оценку федеральным и региональным мерам повышения рождаемости, в том числе дальневосточную ипотеку и пилотный проект Приморья.
Отметим, Дальний Восток является одним из ведущих субъектов страны по количеству многодетных семей. Согласно статистике, в 2022 году с тремя или более детьми зарегистрировано 156 817 семей. Это на 23 954 больше, чем в 2019 году.
По словам министра здравоохранения Хабаровского края Юрия Бойченко, в нашем регионе организована разноплановая работа, направленная на улучшение демографической ситуации.
— Жителям края доступны репродуктивные технологии. По нацпроекту «Демография» репродуктивная помощь оказывается бесплатно по полису обязательного медицинского страхования. В Перинатальный центр приезжают пациенты со всего Дальнего Востока: Камчатки, Сахалина, ЕАО, Якутии, Приморья. За время работы Центра, с 2006 года, проведено свыше 14 тысяч процедур ЭКО, благодаря этой процедуре на свет появилось более 4 тысяч младенцев, — рассказал министр. — Также в Перинатальный центр ежегодно обращаются более полутора тысяч пациенток со всего Дальнего Востока за высококвалифицированной помощью – врачи проводят сложнейшие операции по сохранению и восстановлению репродуктивной функции женского организма.
Кроме того, Юрий Бойченко сообщил, что благодаря психологам, каждый год более 600 женщин принимают решение в пользу сохранения беременности.
— Отдельное внимание уделяем механизмам повышения продолжительности жизни. На раннее выявление онкологических и сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний направлена диспансеризация и профилактические осмотры. С начала года такого рода обследования прошли порядка 300 тысяч жителей. Впервые выявлены опасные патологии более чем у 3 тысяч человек (свыше 60 % из них – трудоспособного возраста), — продолжил глава краевого Минздрава. — Кроме того, в прошлом году в крае ввели новую практику – теперь в ходе диспансеризации проводим самый современный метод скрининга – метод жидкостной цитологии, который считается мировым стандартом исследований.
